Azar Wealth facilitates the acquisition and storage of physical tangible assets — precious metals and investment-grade diamonds — and related structuring services. We are not:

- A licensed or registered investment adviser in any jurisdiction (including the SEC, FCA, BaFin, or comparable regulators)
- A broker-dealer
We do not provide investment advice. All purchase decisions are made by you.

Pricing and Payments
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices include stated premiums over reference market prices
- Payment terms are specified in individual agreements
- Quoted prices may change without notice until confirmed in writing
- Because prices of precious metals and diamonds depend on market fluctuations beyond our control, confirmed orders are generally not subject to statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights that would otherwise apply to distance purchases; any cancellation terms are set out in your individual agreement
Storage and Custody
- Physical assets are stored in insured, allocated storage
- Specific items (bars, coins, or certified stones) are assigned to each client
- Storage fees are charged as specified in agreements
- Insurance coverage details provided upon request
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for losses caused by market price movements
- Our liability is limited to fees paid for services
- We are not liable for force majeure events
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or affects mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.

All content on this website is owned by Global Structuring Group LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai — except where mandatory law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings, or benefit from protections, under local law.
